These Terms govern your use of the Doseora mobile application, published by Aras Demir (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using Doseora, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Doseora is not medical advice
Doseora is an organisational tool that helps you record and remember medication schedules. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or dosing recommendations. It does not check for drug interactions, allergies, or contraindications. Always follow the instructions of your doctor or pharmacist, and never change or stop a medication because of anything you see in this app. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
Reminders are a convenience, not a guarantee
Reminders are scheduled locally by iOS. Delivery can be delayed, silenced, or missed for reasons outside our control — including Focus modes, Do Not Disturb, Scheduled Summary, Low Power Mode, a device that is off, out of battery, or has notifications disabled, as well as operating-system changes and device failures.
You must not rely on Doseora as the sole method of ensuring a medication is taken, especially where a missed dose could cause harm. Doseora is designed to support your own routine, not to replace clinical supervision or a carer.
Who may use Doseora
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live, to use Doseora. If you use Doseora to manage medication for another person, such as a child or someone in your care, you confirm you are authorised to do so and are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the medication names, doses, schedules, and inventory you enter, and for keeping your device and its backups secure. Doseora presents the information you give it; it cannot detect a mistake in that information.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Doseora on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app, or attempt to circumvent its subscription controls, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
Optional account
You may use Doseora without an account. Signing in with Apple is optional and links your subscription across your devices. You are responsible for activity under your Apple ID. You can sign out at any time from Settings; doing so does not delete your medication data, which is stored locally on your device.
Subscriptions and billing
Doseora offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions on a monthly or annual basis, and may offer a free introductory period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending. Prices are shown in your local currency in the app and may vary by region.
Cancellation and refunds
You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Because Apple is the seller, refunds are handled by Apple, not by us — request one through Apple's “Report a Problem” page. Statutory withdrawal rights, where they apply to you, are unaffected.
Acceptable use
Do not use Doseora unlawfully, to interfere with its operation or security, to access another person's data without permission, or to build a competing service from its content. We may suspend access if these Terms are breached.
Intellectual property
Doseora, its name, logo, design, and software are owned by Aras Demir and protected by intellectual property law. The medication information you enter remains yours; we claim no ownership of it.
No warranty
Doseora is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reminders will always be delivered on time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any harm arising from a missed, delayed, or duplicated dose. Our total liability for any claim relating to Doseora is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Termination
You may stop using Doseora at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or discontinue the app, or any feature, with reasonable notice where practicable. The disclaimer, liability, and governing-law sections survive termination.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continuing to use Doseora after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction. If you use Doseora as a consumer elsewhere, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, and may bring proceedings there.
